SANME is the general contractor for the aggregates production line in Guangdong by providing the total solution for production line and complete set of high-performance equipment for aggregates production. Raw material is granite with compressive resistance over 200 MPA. The customer used the traditional PE series jaw crusher and Symons cone crusher so that the output is low in production, high in energy consumption, and poor in particle shape. Since the customer changed for SMS series high-performance multi-cylinder cone crusher, the output has been high in production, low in energy consumption, good in particle shape, low in needle-like particles, and good in gradation. The project has been put into practice for over three years, the equipment is running stable currently so that the customer is very satisfied with equipment and project.
In the first stage of project, the output is around 1200 ton/hour. The main equipments include: JC663 jaw crusher, SMH550 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, SMS5000 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, and 2YK3075 inclined vibrating screen lubricated by thin oil.
In the second stage of project, the output is 500 ton/hour. The main equipments include: SMG300SEC single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, SMS5000DC multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, and VSI8000 vertical impact crusher.
The products can be divided into two kinds: 0-7mm and 7-27 mm. Both of them are high-quality aggregates. The aggregates produced in the first stage of the project are used in producing the commercial concrete, mainly selling to Guangzhou, Dongguan, and Shenzhen. The aggregates produced in the second stage of the project are used as the pavement material of high-speed way.
The products of the project are good in particle shape, with low needle-like particles, and good in graduation so that the products could be sold in higher price and to more customers. The products bring the high economic benefits to the customer.
SMS5000 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is used for both the first and the second stage of the project. This equipment uses the design of fixed main shaft so that it becomes the perfect combination of main shaft speed, length of stroke, and crushing cavity so as to greatly increase the production capacity and product quality. The ability to crush into smaller one as well as the shape of the particles has been improved by laminative crushing in the process of crushing.
