The ore body of Tanzania gold mine was mainly gold-bearing quartz vein. Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment Inc. provided EPC project services to the mine, and the final product would be smelting alloyed gold.

Gravity separation: Jigging gravity separation system was added between stage-one ball mill discharging and closed circuit classification. The jigger was applied for roughing, and the shaking table was applied for concentrating.

Gold extraction by cyanidation: The overflow of stage-two classification hydrocyclone entered into cyanide leaching system after thickening for leaching. Process of eight-stage leaching and adsorption and converse carbon extraction was applied.

Desorption & Electrowinning, smelting: The gold loaded carbon after leaching system was conveyed to high temperature and high pressure desorption & electrowinning system for gold extraction. As the gold content of electrolytic gold mud was large, it was directly conveyed into high frequency smelting furnace for smelting after impurities removing, and the final product was alloyed gold.

Dry tailings stacking: The tailings after cyaniding was filter-pressed and dewatered by filter press. With water content of 20%~25%, the tailings after dewatering was conveyed to the stacking yard conveyer for stacking, and the filtrate of filter was backed to the production for reused. Thus, zero-discharge of polluted industrial wastewater was realized.

During the construction, Xinhai took comprehensive planning, reasonable layout, and environmental protectionand safety production as principles, strictly controls the construction period, and provided high-quality services to the customer.

700t/d gold ore project of Alitimad was one of the EPC projects contracted by Xinhai. Xinhai provided whole mineral processing plant service, including testwork & study on ore, plant design & construction design, complete equipment manufacture and purchase, plant construction and equipment installation, commissioning and operation.

In the project, the gold content was 2.97g/t; the ores were dry and dusty with maximum particle size of 140mm. Xinhai provided scientific and perfect laboratory test and research service, and took it as the plant design and construction basis. This mineral processing plant adopted all-slime cyanidation technology: Crushing process adopted one-stage open circuit crushing; grinding process adopted onestage closed circuit; grinding product adopted cyanidation CIP process to extract gold; gold loaded carbon was sent into high pressure and temperature desorption and electrolysis system for gold extraction; gold mud was smelted to gain alloy gold; leached tailings were dry-stacked after filter pressing and dewatering.

All kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with the Mohs hardness of no more than 9.3 and humidity of below 6%, such as cement (raw materials and clinker), coal, talc, feldspar, quartz, slag, mica, calcite, limestone, barite, potassium sulfate, and bentonite.

Large bulk materials crushed by jaw crusher to the needed size are fed into storage hopper by mine hoist and then fed into grinding chamber of main engine uniformly, quantitatively and continuously by electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding. Grinded materials are blown into separator by blower for classification. With the function of impellers in the separator, materials without meeting the requirements of the fineness are fallen into grinding chamber for grinding again; materials meeting the requirements of the fineness are blown into cyclone powder collector with airflow through pipelines for separation and collection. Powder from discharging device is the finished product. Separated airflow is back to blower through return duct on the top of the cyclone powder collector.

Xinhai spiral chute washer has the characteristics of simple structure, easy installation, low power consumption, easy operation, low manufacturing cost and good desliming effect. Under the agitation of double-row blades on the screw shaft of the washer, the ore cemented by the clay can achieve the slime separation with the good desliming effect.

The double spiral chute washer is composed of a tank body, left and right spiral blade shaft and transmission device. The motor drives the two spiral shafts to produce the relative rotation through the reducer, big and small gears. The blades on the spiral shafts are stagger installation. The material is fed from the lower part of the tank body into the middle of two spiral shafts. The mud mass and the ore particles adhering to the surface of the mud are washed by the high-pressure water fed from the upper part of the tank body according to the blade rubbing and scrubbing, so that the ore mud can be broken and the ore particles are separated. The washed fine mud is discharged by the overflow outlet that installed at the back of the tank body, and the scrubbed ore is transported to the ore outlet at the front of the tank through the rotating spiral blade shaft, and then discharge.

In an iron and phosphorus polymetallic ore dressing project, there were a lot of mud on the surface of ore, which interfered with the separation and purification of apatite, magnetite and other minerals. For this reason, Xinhai used the spiral chute washer to wash and desilt the minerals. Finally, the desliming effect was remarkable, which effectively ensured the separation and purification of minerals.
