Working process of cement pilverizers are: 1.First the raw materials are quarried using blasting and drilling. And sent to the crushers usually jaw crushers 2.They are then ground in ball grinder or roller grinder to form a fine powder of the raw material 3.The homogenized fine powder is then converted to clinker by passing through a rotary klin and clinker cooler 4.Cement is finally produced by grinding clinker with gypsum to a fine powder. 5.Grinding is normally carried out in tube mills, roller press or roller mills
Cement is a powdered mixture of inorganic compounds (mostly calcium silicates and calcium aluminates). In presence of water is binds together the particles to produce hard concrete. Cement pulverizers are required to finely grind the raw materials and then to grind the clinker to get the cement.
Hammer pulverizers have fixed or swinging steel hammers used for coarse crushing. They are capable of considerable fine milling as well. The hammers may be in vertical or horizontal rotor configuration.
Types of pulverizers are: 1.Clay Pulverizers 2.Soil Pulverizers 3.Cement Pulverizers 4.Pulverizer Hammers 5.Laboratory Pulverizers 6.Fluid Energy Pulverizers 7.Abrasives Pulverizers 8.Coal & Coke Pulverizers
Clay pulverizer or clay grinder is required for brick making modeling and pottery industry. The clay when quarried is in large pieces, which are first crushed, using a grizzly. The crushed clay is then ground in a pan grinder having multiple rollers. The clay is then passed through the screen seive and the larger pieces are sent back to the grinder.
Pulverizers are machines, which break, crush and grind the material and are used in various industrial applications for crushing and pulverizing materials like brick, shale coal minerals and other materials. They may use different means like hammers, jaws, plates or corrugated surfaces for the purpose.
Soil pulverizers are used in landscape construction and agriculture. They break and smooth soil for seeding. They can be fitted on the tractors for working. They have vertical sets of blade that penetrate the earth and break the soil lumps.
