If you need something crushed - and want it done neat, efficiently, and quickly - then R.M. Johnson Company has a machine for you. The E-Z CRUSHER will crush nearly anything ...cars, trucks, farm equipment, buses, sheet metal, loose tin. And the E-Z CRUSHER is simple and easy to use.
You can choose from three models, depending on your salvage needs. The A Model (Super Crusher) is for the most demanding, everyday custom crushing jobs. The B Model (Standard Crusher) is perfect for most salvage yard owners. The C Model (Single Crusher) is affordable for smaller yards, but also works great for larger yard operations.
All E-Z CRUSHERS are solidly built and dependable. Built with more steel, more support...and a unique hydraulic system that gives you maximum power when you need it the most. All models can be portable or stationary.
The hydraulic cylinders of the E-Z CRUSHER are uniquely mounted on the bottom deck of the unit. This means the hydraulic cylinders "pull" rather than "push" the crusher deck down. This puts less stress on the machine. At the point of greatest resistance, the cylinder is at its strongest position
The cylinder placement on the E-Z CRUSHER has other advantages. The travel height of the machine is the same as the operating height - 13' 3" - making the entire unit easy to transport. The cylinders don't have to be moved when you move - therefore, there is no set up time. When you arrive at the site, your E-Z CRUSHER is ready to go to work.
Each cylinder, made of seamless high-grade polished steel, can be operated independently, giving you more leverage and maneuverability. With independent cylinders, you have two different hydraulic oil "circuits" coming from a common drive pump. This makes troubleshooting much easier.
For the past 18 years, R.M. Johnson Company has fine-tuned the design and manufacture of E-Z CRUSHERS, making them as simple and easy to use as possible. Everything on the E-Z CRUSHER is accessible - easy to get at, easy to service.
All the E-Z CRUSHERS use standard parts and components - valves, pumps, and hydraulic parts. All parts (and machine work needs) are available at the R.M. Johnson Company plant. And you buy only the part you need, not the entire assembly.
